What is Digital Workspace?

Digital Workspace helps connect end users with the software tools they need to complete their jobs as easily as possible.
Digital Workspace helps IT with the management of those applications and devices to simplify their delivery, maintenance, and troubleshooting. VMware has two major product lines that support the Digital Workspace. These tools are Workspace ONE and VMware Horizon 8.

VMware Workspace ONE

Workspace ONE is a collection of tools that integrates identity and enterprise mobility management into one solution. It simply and securely delivers the correct applications to the appropriate device. Workspace ONE is available either as a cloud service or for on-premises deployments.

VMware Horizon 8

The second solution is the Virtual Desktop Infrastructure solution, Horizon 8. Horizon 8 provides an end user with a full desktop with all applications and connections needed to do their job.
