Deploy VMware vRealize Operation – Part 2

In this post, we want to learn, how we can add an Integration Data Source Account in vROPs. Based on the below image we can add these Platforms on VMware vRealize Operation.

  • VMware vCenter
  • VMware Cloud on AWS
  • VMware NSX-T
  • Amazon Web service – AWS
  • Azure VMware Solution
  • Google Cloud Platform – GCP
  • Microsoft Azure
  • vRealize Automation
  • vRealize Log Insight
  • vRealize Network Insight

And we add VMware vCenter as an Integration Platform, then in the vROPS environment following the below steps.

Step 01. At the Menu select Data Source > Integration, then select vCenter as a Platform Account to add.

Step 02. Enter a Name for your vCenter and FQDN of that.

Step 03. We need a user account in the vCenter server to add vROPs to vCenter and enter Credential in vROPs.

Step 04. Select Credential and click on Validation Connection and if your Info is right, you can see a box to Accept the certificate, then Click ADD.

Step 05. Now you can see your vCenter server on vROPs and we can add another vCenter or other Platforms too.

The End.
